The Plant Based Treaty’s COP28 report, Safe and Just: The Plant Based Treaty’s vegan donut economics approach to the food system, underlines the urgency of addressing the transgression of planetary boundaries beyond the critical climate crisis, and raising the alarm bell on interrelated tipping points.
“We must design and implement a Plant Based Treaty globally and locally for a safe and just food system that operates within the planetary boundaries,” it says.
