Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) has launched the Mawhoob programme, a technical insurance development initiative for UAE national employees.
This initiative is provided in partnership with the American University of Dubai (AUD), the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), and the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
The Mawhoob programme has been strategically designed to provide UAE Nationals with the technical expertise and leadership skills necessary for their future success. It aims to provide UAE National employees in ADNIC with the technical knowledge essential to specialise in underwriting, claims, and operations and is one of ADNIC’s many initiatives under its Emiratisation strategy.
